Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku karbosilanových dendrimerů a jejich přípravu konvergentní syntézou. Jako základní operace byly prováděny experimenty pro tvorbu základních kamenů pro jednotlivé dendritické klíny. Po úspěšném vytvoření těchto kamenů byla experimentálně zkoumána jejich reaktivita při hydrosilylační reakci. Naposledy byla zkoumána redukce jednoho ze stavebních kamenů. Všechny …more

This thesis is focused on carbosilane dendrimers and their preparation by convergent synthesis. As the basic operations experiments to create the foundation stones for particular dendritic wedges were carried out.
