Rigorózní práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou tolik upozaďovaných legislativních činností Evropské komise. Tyto zkoumá nejprve z hlediska historického vývoje a změn ve smluvním rámci Unie, následně pak rozebírá aktuální vliv orgánu na proces přijímání právních aktů v Unii ve všech jeho fázích. Thesis deals with the analysis of the so-widely ignored complex of legislative activities of the European Commission. Firstly, the thesis examines the relevant historic development and changes in the contractual framework of the Union, and subsequently analyzes the current influence of the body on the process of adoption of legal acts of the Union in all its phases.
