Konstrukce lisařského nástroje

Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh a konstrukce střižného postupového nástroje na výrobu výztuhy do nárazníku. Zmíněná výztuha bude vyrobena v šesti na sebe navazujících krocích. Při konstrukci byl kladen důraz na přesnost střižných a tvarových součástí. Dále bylo bráno v potaz množství vyráběných výlisků.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to investigate the construction and use of progressive tools (dies) for producing metal parts for car bumpers.These stamped parts will be produced in six consecutive steps in one progressive tool.
