Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití metody TPM ve firmě. Vysvětluje základní pojmy údržby, metodu totální produktivní údržby, její historii a základní pilíře. Práce analyzuje současný stav oddělení údržby a porovnává v jakém rozsahu využívají metodu TPM.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with possibilities of the TPM method use in the prodution process in the copany. It explains the basic concepts of maintenance the total productive maintenance method, its history and basic pillars. The diploma thesis analyzes state of the maintenance department and compares the extent of use of the method.
