Specific energy consumption of induction crucible furnace
Abstract:
Úkolem diplomové práce bylo určit měrnou spotřebu elektrické energie indukční kelímkové pece ve společnosti Slévárny Hájek. V práci je popsána teorie indukčního ohřevu. Dále jsou zde uvedeny druhy indukčních tavících pecí a jejich možné ztráty. Závěrem je provedeno vyhodnocení jednotlivých taveb s návrhem řešení úspor energie při tavení.
Abstract:
The task of my masters thesis was to assess specific energy consumption of induction crucible furnace in Slévárny Hájek company. In this thesis theory of induction heating is described. Further types of induction melting furnaces and their losses are mentioned here. In the final part assessing of single melts with conclusion including concept of energy saving during melting is described.
