Abstract:

In the final bachelor work ,,CONTROL IN STATE ADMIISTRATION“ is concerned with its role in the economic and social life in public administration, organizational structure, types of control features and functions of control. Also check the development of the historic cross-section. The work is thematically divided into five chapters. The first chapter discusses the concept of control of the historical development, operation control its features and functions in society. In the second chapter characterizes the government and thus has an organization in the state administration and its role. In the third chapter is a major challenge familiar control system in the state administration and its division into two main levels of control and internal control and external control, and he who controls the relationship. In the fourth chapter will briefly describe the control system in the European Union since the Slovak Republic is a member. In the fifth chapter refer to specific cases, future prospects & D needs of control in the social and economic system of a rapidly changing world. The final chapter is a glimpse of our company for inspection need a fixed place in a society, and highlight some of the shortcomings of control.

Abstract:

V záverečnej bakalárskej práci ,, KONTROLA V ŠTÁTNEJ SPRÁVE,, sa zaoberám jej úlohou v ekonomickom ako aj v spoločenskom živote verejnej správy, organizačnou štruktúrou, druhmi kontroly, charakteristických čŕt a funkcií kontroly. Rovnako aj vývoju pojmu kontrola v historickom priereze. Práca je tematicky rozdelená do piatich kapitol. V prvej kapitole rozoberám pojem vzniku kontroly z historického vývoja, kontrolnú činnosť jej črty a funkcie v spoločnosti. V druhej kapitole charakterizujem štátnu správu čím disponuje a organizáciu v štátnej správe a jej úlohy. V tretej kapitole je hlavnou úlohou oboznámiť systém kontroly v štátnej správe a jej hlavného rozdelenia na dve úrovne kontroly a to vnútornej kontroly a vonkajšej kontroly a vzťahu kto koho kontroluje. V štvrtej kapitole sa v skratke zaoberám kontrolným systémom v Európskej únii keďže Slovenská republika je jej členom. V piatej kapitole poukazujem na konkrétnych prípadoch výhľad do budúcnosti potreby a vývoja kontroly v spoločenskom a ekonomickom systéme a rýchlo sa meniacom svete. V záverečnej kapitole je pohľad našej spoločnosti na kontrolu, potrebu pevného miesta v systéme spoločnosti a poukázanie na niektoré nedostatky kontroly.
