The aim of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of Lord Sauron, evil characters which succumb to his powers and overall perception of evil in J.R.R. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza Lorda Saurona, zlých postav, které mu podléhají a celkového pojetí zla v dílech J.R.R. Tolkiena, jmenovitě především v trilogii Pán prstenů a Silmarillionu.
