Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nepoctivostí studentů na Fakultě sociálně ekonomické v Ústí nad Labem. V posledních letech je identifikován značný nárůst nečestného chování během studia, proto předmětem práce je zjistit, zda i studenti bakalářského prezenčního studia oborů Ekonomika a management a Regionální rozvoj a veřejná správa jsou nepoctiví, když dostanou příležitost podvádět. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda jsou studenti nepoctiví a zda má pohlaví, obor studia a ročník studia vliv na počet správných odpovědí v testu. K dosažení cíle byla použita primární data, která byla získaná z experimentu (N=165), který byl ve formě testu. Studenti zde byli rozděleni do čtyř skupin, kde jediná první skupina neměla příležitost podvádět, ostatní skupiny dostávaly příležitosti být nečestní. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny pomocí neparametrických testů, a to za pomocí Kruskal Wallis testu a Mann Whitney testu. Prokázalo se, že existuje statisticky významný rozdíl mezi skupinami. Prokázala se statistická významnost mezi první a druhou skupinou a počtem správných odpovědí v testu. Dále se také prokázala statistická významnost u skupiny jedna a skupiny čtyři a počtem správných odpovědí. Z čehož vyplývá, že studenti, které měli možnost podvádět, dosáhli lepších výsledků než skupina, která takovou příležitost neměla. Dále se prokázala statistická významnost pro první a třetí ročník a jejich počet správných odpovědí v testu. Prokázalo se, že první ročník je poctivější než ročník třetí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the dishonesty of students at the Faculty of Social and Economic Studies in Ústí nad Labem. In recent years, a significant increase in dishonest behavior during studies has been found, therefore the aim of the thesis is to find out whether even full-time Bachelor's students of Economics and Management and Regional Development and Public Administration are dishonest if they get the opportunity to cheat. The aim of the study is to find out whether students are dishonest and whether gender, field of study and year of study has an effect on the number of correct answers in the test. To achieve the objective, primary data was used which was collected from an experiment (N=165) which took the form of a test. Students were divided into four groups where only the first group had no opportunity to cheat while the other groups had the opportunity to be dishonest. The results were evaluated using non-parametric tests, namely Kruskal Wallis test and Mann Whitney test. There appeared to be a difference between the groups. Statistical significance was shown between the first and second groups and the number of correct answers in the test. Statistical significance was also shown between the first and fourth groups and the number of correct answers. Which shows that the students who had the opportunity to cheat performed better than the group that did not have such an opportunity. Furthermore, statistical significance was found between the first and third year groups and their number of correct answers in the test. It showed that the first year groups were more honest than the third year groups.
