Abstract:

Dostupná výrobní kapacita pro zvládnutí úkolů výroby a logistiky podniku v souladu s rytmem požadavků zákazníka je klíčovým faktorem konkurenceschopnosti. Průmyslový pivovar musí bezprostředně reagovat na nárůst poptávky trhu. Tato práce hledá rychlé možnosti řešení pro vzniklou situaci naplnění kapacity v konkrétním pivovaru. Uplatněním základních přístupů teorie omezení, analýzou historických dat, současného stavu a budoucích potřeb za použití základních nástrojů statistiky a moderního nástroje dynamického modelování jsou identifikována úzká místa stáčecích linek a navržena účinná opatření přinášející odhadovaný potenciál až 30% úspory kapacity stáčení. Připojen je také prvotní návrh umístění a uspořádání nové stáčecí linky v rámci studie proveditelnosti budoucí výstavby.

Abstract:

Production capacity available for handling of production and logistics tasks harmonized with the rhythm of customer’s need is a key factor of competitiveness. An industrial brewery has to react on the market’s demand increase immediately. This paper is looking for the quick solution possibilities for current situation emerged in the particular brewery. Applying the basic approach of Theory of constrains, analysis of historical data, current situation and future needs using basic statistical tools and tool of dynamic modeling, the bottlenecks of bottling lines are identified and the efficient actions are proposed bringing the potential estimated up to 30% of capacity savings. Initial proposal of new bottling line setting and configuration in the phase of feasibility study for future construction is enclosed.
