Business Proposal for Selected Company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce v teoretické části specifikuje legislativu a podmínky podnikání v textilním průmyslu v České republice. V aplikační části analyzuje trh zakázkové a malosériové výroby oděvů a konkurenty vybrané firmy ATAS. Tuto firmu analyzuje z hlediska jejích současných podnikatelských aktivit a navrhuje podnikatelský záměr pro její konkurenceschopnost.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with business plan proposal of company. Legislation and business conditions of Czech Republic textile industry are specified in theoretical section. The analysis of custom and small series apparel production was done in application part. The comparison of chosen company ATAS and competitors is presented.
