Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí genderových mzdových nerovností v České republice. Cílem práce je podrobně zkoumat faktory, které mají na vznik těchto mzdových rozdílů vliv. This thesis deals with the area of gender pay inequalities in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to examine in detail the factors that have an impact on the rise of gender pay gap.
