Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika zavádění ISO norem v podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na identifikaci a jednoduchý popis vybraných ISO norem. Dále jsou vybrány a stručně definovány nejčastěji využívané metody a nástroje pro sledování a dosahování ekonomických přínosů podniku. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on identification and simple description of chosen ISO norms. Thesis deals with selection and brief definition of the most frequent methods and tools that are used to monitor and reach economic contribution to the company.
