Cílem této práce je komparace jednotlivých komponent nauky trestního práva a kriminalistické charakteristiky trestného činu. Zaměřila jsem se konkrétně na skutkovou podstatu trestného činu a komponenty kriminalistické charakteristiky. Okrajově jsem zde uvedla historický kontext. The aim of this thesis is to compare individual components of the criminal law doctrine and criminological characteristics. I focused specifically on the facts of the crime and components of criminological characteristics. I have described the historical context here.
