Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení produktivity zvoleného pracoviště vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny poznatky z oblasti štíhlého myšlení podniku, měření práce, produktivity, standardizace a metody 5S, které jsou výchozím bodem pro další zpracování. This thesis is focused on improvement productivity of chosen workplace selected company. Theoretical part is full of knowledge pieces from lean management principles, work measuring, productivity, standardization, and 5S method. These methods are defaults for processing practical part.
