Injuries in school children in prehospital emergency care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úrazů dětí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecný přehled traumat z hlediska etiologie, epidemiologie, místa úrazového děje a lokalizace postižené části těla. Popisuje také rysy psychomotorického vývoje školních dětí a správnou komunikaci s dítětem. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na monitoring úrazovosti školních dětí ve vybrané záchranné službě za rok 2013. Retrospektivní studií z jednotlivých výjezdových listů byla zjištěna incidence typů úrazů, míst vzniku úrazů, mechanismy úrazů a nejčastější směřování posádek zdravotnické záchranné služby.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis looks into issues of infantile injury rates. Theoretical part focuses on general overview of trauma in terms of etiology, epidemiology, places of accident happening and localization of affected body parts. It also describes features of psychomotoric development of school children and proper communication with a child.. The research part is focused on monitoring of infantile injuries in selected ambulance service in 2013. By retrospective study composed of particular outgoing sheets there has been found out the incidence of types of accidents, places of injury, mechanisms of injury and the most common direction of ambulance crew.
