Tato diplomová práce se věnuje tomu, abychom znali podstatu, samotnou teorii a účel samotného controllingu. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit využití controllingu ve zvolené společnosti a navrhnout takové podněty, které přispějí ke zlepšení stabilizace společnosti. This master thesis focus on understanding the meaning, the theory and the purpose of the controlling proces. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the reason of controlling in the chosen company and to propose suggestions that will contribute to the improvement the stabilization of the company.
