Abstract:

Bachelor work consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusion and list of literature. Separate questions, touching determination and description of both market of equities and securities and their kinds, are affected in the first chapter. Organization of exchange stock and exchange operations is considered. The second chapter examines conformities to law of adjusting of market of equities, in particular bases of the gosudarstvenno-pravovogo and institucional'no-legal adjusting. In the third chapter dany of description of commercial banks as main subjects at the market of equities. The questions of emission of own securities and forming of backlogs are considered for coverage of possible losses. Within the framework of fourth chapter the role of kommereskikh banks is considered in investment activity with the purpose of its improvement.
