Abstract:
Rezistence bakterií k antibiotikům, zejména ke klinicky velmi významným beta-laktamům a chinolonům, je celosvětový problém, který je zatím spíše přehlížen. Nositeli mnoha rezistencí jsou bakterie čeledi Enterobacteriaceae, což jsou organismy celosvětově rozšířené a pro člověka velmi důležité. Antibiotic resistance, especially to clinically important beta-lactams and quinolones, is a worldwide problem, yet it tends to be overlooked.
