Analysis of changes in settlement structure and its impact on the development of selected cities in the Ústí region

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou sídelní struktury ve městech Mostu a Chomutova od počátku 60. let 20. století až do současnosti. Zahrnuje změny fyzických struktur vybraných měst Ústeckého kraje, které se během zkoumaného období měnily na základě nové výstavby, asanacemi či revitalizací ploch a budov. Především by tato práce měla poukázat, jak se mění v čase fyzická prostorová struktura města, která se odráží na rozmístění jednotlivých funkcí na území města. Značná pozornost je věnována fyzickým a urbánním strukturám ve vybraných městech. Převážně z hlediska výstavby nového města Mostu či výstavby nových panelových sídlišť ve městě Chomutov. Mezi další hlediska, která jsou v práci zohledněna, a která se ve sledovaném období měnila, můžeme zařadit občanské vybavení, centrum měst či revitalizace ploch. Práce by měla vyhodnotit možnosti podpory fyzických a urbánních struktur.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the analysis of settlement structure in the Most and the Chomutov in the early sixties 20th centrury to the present. Includes ganges the physical struktures of selected cities in the Ústí region, which during the analysis period varies based on the now construction, rehabilitation and revitalization of buildings. In particular, this thesis should point out how changes in time the physical structure of the city, which is reflected in the distribution of individual functions in the city. Considetable attention is paid to physical and urban structure in selected cities. Mainly in terms of building new city Most, but as well as new construction of housing estates in Chomutov. Among other considerations that are taken into account in the work, and that in the period changed, we can include public facilities, downtown revitalization orsurfaces. The work should evaluace possibilities to support physical and urban struktures.
