Abstract:
Diagnostika a léčba virových zánětů rohovky patří stále k velmi problematickým úkolům očních lékařů. Kultivace a přímé průkazy virů byly nahrazeny metodami PCR. K potvrzení klinických nálezů pacientů se může použít detekce HSV 1 DNA. Abstract:
Diagnostics and treatment of the viral inflammation of the corneal is still very problematic objective of the opthalmology. Cultivation and direct demonstration of the viruses were replaced by PCR methods. To confirm clinical findings can be used HSV 1 DNA detection.
