The Problem of Good and Evil in the Story "Smert Lande" by M. P. Arcybashev

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to identify and analyze noble deeds of main character in a story Smert Lande by M. P. Arcybashev in a contrast of negative reactions of other characters. The thesis also tries to figure out why the other characters did not want to accept Lande's kindness or whether they actually could not.

Abstract:

Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je snaha najít a analyzovat v povídce Smrt Landeho příklady šlechetných skutků hlavního hrdiny v kontrastu s negativními reakcemi jiných postav díla. Cílem je také zjistit z jakých důvodů lidé nemohli, nechtěli nebo neuměli přijmout laskavost od Landeho a patřičně ji ocenit.
