Ve své diplomové práci jsem si zvolila za cíl dokázat a vysvětlit význam posuzování duševního stavu v trestním řízení za pomoci kvalitativní metody šetření s využitím tematické analýzy v kombinaci se studiem znaleckých posudků z praxe a osobní účastí u soudního jednání. In my thesis, I chose to prove and explain the importance of assessing the mental state in criminal proceedings using the qualitative method of investigation based on the thematic analysis in combination with the study of evaluation in practice and personal participation in court.
