Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce vznikla za účelem realizace aplikace pro zákaznickou podporu. Důraz byl kladen zejména na uživatelskou přívětivost, jednoduchost a přehlednost, která za použití zdroje informací, helpdesk portálu, a real-time komunitního chatu zajistí rychlé a efektiv-ní řešení uživatelských problémů či dotazů. V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá rešerší již existujících řešení a dále rozborem použitých technologií. V praktické části lze poté nalézt rozbor a analýzu požadavků, na jejichž základě je následně vytvořena výsledná webová aplikace. Ta je potom podrobněji popsána formou uživatelské příručky. Praktická část této práce je zakončena přehledem možných bezpečnostních zranitelností aplikace, včetně toho, jak je proti nim aplikace zabezpečena.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis was created to implement a customer support application. The main focus was on user-friendliness, simplicity and clarity, using the information source, help-desk portal, and real-time community chat to ensure quick and efficient resolution of user problems or queries. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the research of already existing solutions and the analysis of already existing technologies. Within the practical part of this thesis you will see the analysis and requirement analysis, to which the resulting web application has been created. It is described in more detail in the form of a user manual. The practical part of this work concludes with an overview of pos-sible security vulnerabilities of the application and then shows how the application is secured against them.
