Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou insolvenčního řízení a jeho dopadu na konkrétní společnost- Motorpal a.s. The thesis deals with insolvency proceedings and their impact on a concrete subject – Motorpal a.s. The theoretical part describes insolvency proceedings as defined by the law 182/2006 regarding bankruptcy and its resolution.
