Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem na tvorbu cenových map. Jak cenovou mapu správně vytvářet a jakou metodiku používat s ohledem zejména na stavební pozemky ve Statutárním městě Olomouci. Dále se zabývám pozemkem samotným a jeho náležitostmi, bez kterých bychom nemohly přistoupit k samotnému ocenění.
