Abstract:
Adaptivní podpůrná ventilace (ASV) je zpětnovazební režim mechanické ventilace, který byl navržen, aby množství ventilační podpory poskytované ventilátorem bylo určováno měřenými mechanickými charakteristikami respiračního systému a dechovým úsilím pacienta. Cílem ASV je poskytnout nastavenou úroveň alveolární ventilace při minimální dechové práci.Abstract:
Adaptive support ventilation (ASV) is the closed-loop mode of mechanical ventilation, which was designed in such a way the amount of ventilation support given by the ventilator should be determined by the measured mechanical characteristics of a respiratory system and a respiratory effort of the patient.
