Diplomová práce se zabývá novelou energetického zákona provedenou zákonem č. 362/2021 Sb., jejímž cílem bylo zajištění vyšší ochrany spotřebitele při pohybu na domácím energetickém trhu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the amendment of the Energy Act implemented by Act No. 362/2021 Coll., the aim of which was to ensure higher consumer protection when operating on the domestic energy market.
