Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku mimořádné události blackoutu – široko plošného a dlouhodobého přerušení dodávek elektrické energie. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of blackout emergencies – wide-area and long-term interruption of electricity supply.
