The analyses of impact of asset-backed securitization´s regulation on USA and EU financial markets
Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá vliv nové vlny regulace na obchodování na trzích se sekuritizovanými cennými papíry. Jelikož přístup k regulaci není na všech trzích stejný, byly přístupy k regulaci i zkoumaná data rozděleny do dvou teritorií - USA a EU. Práce si dává za cíl zhodnotit efekt nové regulace na stabilitu a efektivitu finančních trhů.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis examines the impact of a new wave of regulation on the asset-backed securities markets. As the approach of the regulation differs in certain territories, so the investigated data were devided into two main market-center areas - USA and EU. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of the new regulation on market's stability and effectivness.
