Abstract:

Práce se zabývá HR tematikou rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve středně malé firmě Aviette s. r. o., poskytující jazykové a doučovací kurzy pro vietnamské a čínské klienty. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování návrhu strategie vstupního, průběžného i rozvojového vzdělávání, jakož i cíleného posilování kompetenční vybavenosti interních lektorů společnosti. Vytvoření a následná implementace strategie podpoří schopnost interních lektorů společnosti odvádět svoji práci v souladu s požadavky studijních plánů kurzů a efektivně přitom spolupracovat s nadřízeným Head Teacher, který lektory odborně vede a supervizuje jejich lektorskou činnost.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with HR development and training of employees in medium-sized company Aviette s. r. o., providing language and tutoring courses for Vietnamese and Chinese clients. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a strategy of initial, continuous and development education, as well as to strengthen the competence of the internal lecturers of the company. The creation and subsequent implementation of the strategy will support the company's internal lecturers' ability to carry out their work in line with the curriculum requirements and effectively collaborate with the senior Head Teacher, who professionally supervises their lecturing activities.
