Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku stability disperzních systémů, jako jsou pěny, emulze a suspenze. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of stability of dispersion systems, such as foams, emulsions and suspensions. The introductory part is devoted to the characterization of these systems and the mechanisms that most often lead to their disintegration.
