FORMAL ASPECTS AND INTERPRETATION OF CÉSAR FRANCK’S PIANO QUINTET

Abstract:
Práce provádí detailní analýzu formální struktury a interpretačních aspektů klavírního kvintetu Césara Francka. Je proveden harmonický a formální rozbor dostupných notových materiálů, který je dále konfrontován s několika nahrávkami a autorovou vlastní interpretací díla na základě praktické koncertní zkušenosti.
Abstract:
This thesis makes a detailed analysis of formal structure and interpretation aspects of César Franck’s piano quintet. It surveys the its form and harmonic patterns of provided editions of the opus and compares it with several recordings and author’s own interpretation based on public performance.
