Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována problematice řízení tříosých CNC fréz. Popisuje doposud vyvíjené řídicí jednotky, které jsou určeny pro nekomerční použití, například GRBL, SmoothieWare aj. Dílčí část této práce se zabývá vhodným výběrem mechanické konstrukce a jejích komponent. Dále se věnuje vlastnímu návrhu a realizaci jak mechanické konstrukce, tak řídicí jednotky využívající GPIO port jednodeskového počítače …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on problematics of controlling of 3-axis CNC milling machine. It rates heretofore developed control units meant for non-commercial use, such as GRBL, SmoothieWare etc. The thesis partly describes choosing of suitable mechanical construction and components. There is also included schema and realization of construction and control unit, using GPIO port of single-board computer …more
