The application of biomechanical methods in physiotherapy

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá přehledem dostupných biomechanických metod a jejich následné propojení s fyzioterapeutickou činností. V teoretické části je uvedeno základní rozdělení biomechanických metod a popsán způsob získávání dat včetně zařízení k tomu potřebných. Teoretickou část uzavírá popis ostatních biomechanických metod, které jsou kombinací základních. Praktická část je zaměřena na ukázku možnosti využití vybraných zařízení spadající do kvantitativních biomechanických metod (Lokomat, THERA-trainer, zebris Rehawalk? a videoanalýza),v oblasti fyzioterapie. Je popsána příprava měření, možnosti terapie a následně jsou interpretována získaná data.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to show available biomechanical methods and their consecutive connection with physiotherapeutic activity. In the theoretical part it describes basic allocation of physiotherapeutic methods. At each method, it describes the manner of aquiring of data including the used devices. This part closes with description of other biomechanical methods which are the combination of the basic ones. The practical part focuses on example of possibilities of using devices which belongs to quantitative biomechanical methods (Lokomat, THERA-trainer, zebris Rehawalk? and videoanalysis) in physiotherapy. It shows preparation of measurement, the possibilities of therapy and consequently it interprets aquired data.
