Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením rodiče nezletilého žáka ve správním řízení, kdy o právech a povinnostech rozhoduje ředitel školy dle školského zákona. This bachelor thesis deals with the position of a minor pupil's parent in administrative proceedings when the decision on the rights and duties is made by headmaster under the Education Act.
