Right and duties of the liquidator
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou práv a povinností likvidátora, jež mohou likvidátorovi v souvislosti s jeho působností vznikat. V práci jsou rovněž uvedeny právní předpisy dotýkající se dané problematiky a dále charakteristika samotného průběhu likvidace, neboť v jejímž čele vystupuje likvidátor.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of rights and duties of the liquidator, which arise in connection with his function. In this thesis is also included the law regulation of the area of the liquidation’s issue and characteristic of the main process liquidation too, because the liquidator is in the leading position of the whole process.
