Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce nevýzkumného charakteru je podat ucelený přehled a porovnání tří základních indoorwalkingových technik, jejichž cílem je redukce hmotnosti, zlepšení kondice či trénink profesionálních sportovců. Obsahem je tedy souhrn teoretických poznatků a podrobný popis jednotlivých technik a jejich rozbor se zaměřením na zkoumání vlivu těchto technik na lidský organismus a pohybový aparát, a rovněž na úroveň a kvalitu dostupných informací podávaných samotným klientům. Úvod je věnován hlavním aspektům týkajících se chůze, zdravého pohybu a pohybového aparátu. Další část pak charakteristice a rozboru vybraných indoorwalkingových technik. Hlavní část je věnována komparativní analýze těchto technik s cílem poukázat na rozdílnosti programů, jak v náročnosti, tak v jejich praktickém provedení. Zároveň si klade za cíl zvýšení míry informovanosti veřejnosti ohledně této problematiky. Tato práce by měla posloužit jako vhodná pomůcka pro všechny, kteří chtějí získat ucelený přehled týkající se zmiňovaných indoorwalkingových technik, zejména z hlediska jejich efektivity v hodnocených oblastech. Nedílnou součástí práce je audiovizuální příloha na DVD, jehož obsahem jsou ukázky základních forem a cviků prezentující jednotlivé zkoumané indoorwalkingové techniky.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis of non-research character is to provide an overview and comparison of three basic indoorwalking techniques designed to reduce weight, improve fitness or training of professional athletes. The content comprises of the theoretical knowledge, a detailed description of the particular techniques and their analysis focused on examining the impact of these techniques on the human body and musculoskeletal system, and also on the level and quality of information available to customers themselves. The introduction is devoted to the key issues relating to walking, healthy movement and a musculoskeletal system. The next part of the thesis consists of the characterization and analysis of selected indoorwalking techniques. The main part deals with a comparative analysis of these techniques in order to highlight the diversity of programs, both in intensity and in their practical implementation. It also aims to increase the level of public awareness on this issue. This work should serve as a suitable tool for all who wish to obtain a comprehensive overview of the mentioned indoorwalking techniques, especially in terms of their effectiveness in the evaluated areas. An audiovisual attachment on DVD which contains examples of basic forms and exercises presenting each researched indoorwalking technique makes an integral part of this thesis.
