Weak factorization systems
Abstract:
Slabé faktorizační systémy mají historický pùvod v abstraktní teorii homotopií, především v teorii modelových kategorií. Přirozeným zpùsobem se ale také objevují v jiných oblastech matematiky a teoretické informatiky, např. v kategorické logice. S jejich pomocí lze také zavést abstraktní pojem ekvivalence, jehož speciálním případem je bisimulace přechodových systémů.
Abstract:
Weak factorization systems has its origin in abstract homotopy theory, espacially in model category theory. They naturally occur in other parts of mathematics and theoretical informatics, e.g. in categorical logic. They can also be used to define abstract notion of equivalence, which becomes classical notion of bisimulation of transition systems.
