Bakalářská práce se věnuje protiválečnému dílu "Matka Kuráž a její děti kronika z třicetileté války" od německého autora Bertolda Brechta, historicko-politickému pozadí v době vzniku této divadelní hry a literárnímu životu autora v exilu.
