Calcium signalling and gene regulation by carcinogenic Orai mutants

Abstract:
The main objective of this work is to define and characterize point mutations of the calcium channel Orai isolated form the large scale cancer genomic dataset. Those mutats were examined in the means of sub-cellular localization as well as functionality.
