Bakalářská práce nás seznamuje s metodou real-time PCR a jejím zaměření na studium aDNA. První část popisuje předchůdce této metody (základní PCR) a pojmy s ní související, jako podmínky reakce, složení směsi a další. Abstract:
This bachelors thesis familiarizes us with real-time PCR method and with its aim on aDNA study. First part describes this methods predecessor (basic PCR) and concepts related to it in terms of reaction conditions, mixture of compositions, etc. The second part is aimed directly at the real-time PCR method and at fluorescent dyings needed to make real-time PCR.
