Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro objekt Penzion s restaurací. Cílem této práce byl návrh dispozičního, konstrukčního a provozního řešení. Dále tepelné posouzení konstrukcí a orientační statické výpočty. Objekt byl navržen pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu, dle požadavků, které zaručují bezbariérové užívání staveb. Bachelor's thesis is aimed at preparation of the Plan of Pension and restaurant building for a Construction permit. Main objective of this thesis is the construction layout, structural design and proposed utility premises.
