Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bakterii Francisella tularensis, která je původcem infekčního onemocnění - tularémie. Práce se zabývá mikrobiologickou charakteristikou bakterie, včetně patogeneze a jsou popsány jednotlivé formy onemocnění. Pozornost je dále věnována obecnému rozdělením vakcín, popisu vývoje vakcíny namířené proti Francisella tularensis a zhodnocení současného stavu vývoje.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the bacteria Francisella tularensis, which is the etiological agent of infectious disease - tularemia. This thesis deals with the microbiological characteristics of bacteria, including pathogenesis and there are described different forms of diseases.
