Abstract:

DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Zdeňka. Ošetřovatelský proces u depresivní poruchy v dospívání. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Eva Marková, Ph.D. Praha 2022. 86 stran. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u depresivní poruchy v dospívání. Tato bakalářská práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce má za cíl stručně shrnout informace o depresi v adolescenci na podkladě zpracované rešerše a zpracovat specifika péče o pacientku s depresí na psychiatrickém oddělení na základě zpracované rešerše. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky a má za cíl popis a analýza ošetřovatelské péče realizované metodou ošetřovatelského procesu u adolescentní pacientky s depresí, která byla hospitalizována na psychiatrickém oddělení v těžké fázi deprese s rozvinutými psychotickými příznaky.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the nursing process in depressive disorder in adolescence. This bachelor thesis has a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis aims to briefly summarize information about depression in adolescence on the basis of the processed search and to process the specifics of care for a patient with depression in the psychiatric ward on the basis of the processed search. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is processed in the form of a case study and aims to describe and analyze nursing care implemented by the nursing process in an adolescent patient with depression who was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward in severe depression with developed psychotic symptoms.
