Leasing in International Trade - Legal and Economic Aspects
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce v úvodní části charakterizuje leasing jako externí formu financování a sumarizuje české i mezinárodní právní normy, které se leasingu dotýkají. V ekonomické části práce jsou rozebrány vazby na daně z příjmů, přidané hodnoty a cla. Poslední, praktická část, uvádí na konkrétním příkladu rozdíl mezi leasingem a úvěrem.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis in its first part describes leasing as a form of external financing and summarizes Czech and international legal standards that affect the lease. The economic part of thesis deals with connection between lease, taxes and customs duties. The last practical part shows on a concrete example differences between leasing and loan.
