Abstract:

Anotace Bakalářská práce Motivace a mechanismy pomáhání v dobrovolné činnosti mladých lidí se zabývá zážitky, životními zkušenostmi, názory a postoji, které tvoří u mladých lidí motivaci vedoucí k jejich rozhodnutí angažovat se v dobrovolných činnostech a vybranými aspekty dobrovolnictví, jež korespondují s tématem výzkumu realizovaným jako hlavní část práce. V teoretické části nejprve vymezuji základní terminologii dobrovolnictví, aby si čtenář vytvořil základní povědomí o této oblasti a zárove se mohl v dalším textu bez větších problémů orientovat. Dále prezentuji čtyři sociologické teorie dobrovolnictví, jak je ve své práci shrnul americký sociolog John Wilson. Teorie se pokoušejí vysvětlit fenomén dobrovolnictví pomocí zdůraznění rzných promnných. Zmiňuji se také o hodnotách, na kterých je dobrovolná pomoc postavena a které rozvíjí, i o přínosu majícím pro život člověka a společnost. Na závěr popisuji situaci s dobrovolnictví u nás včetně postojů české veřejnosti. V praktické části uvádím cíle realizovaného výzkumu, cílovou skupinu, metody použité pi sběru dat a jejich následné analýze, dále pak vzniklé kategorie a paradigmatický model jako výsledky analýzy. Závěry prezentuji formou zakotvené teorie.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis Motivation and mechanisms of helping in the voluntary activities of young people deals with individual life experience, opinions and attitudes of young people that constitute their motivation for getting engaged in voluntary activities and with chosen aspects of volunteering that correspond with the topic of the research realized as main part of the work. In the theoretical part I first define the basic terms of volunteering. The aim of this chapter is to give the reader the opportunity to create essential knowledge of this theme so that he could make his way through the following chapters. Then I describe the four sociological theories of volunteering as they were presented by John Wilson in his work. The theories all describe the phenomenon of volunteering by stressing different factors that influence the decision to become a volunteer. I also mention the values associated with and developed by voluntary activities, as well as the benefit these activities bring to human beings, their lives and to the society. Finally, I describe the situation of volunteering in the Czech Republic, including the attitudes Czechs hold for it. In the practical part, I mention the target of the research together with the target group and methods used for collecting and analyzing data, as well as categories and paradigma model created during the analysis. The conclusions I came to are presented in the ground theory.
