Abstract:
Zhoubné nádory ledvin představují 2-3 % všech diagnostikovaných zhoubných nádorů, z nichž karcinom ledviny představuje 80 % diagnóz. Léčba je především chirurgická, chemoterapie a radioterapie nejsou účinné. V poslední době lze pak pro část pacientů využít i biologickou léčbu. Abstract:
Malignant kidney tumors present 2-3 % of all diagnosed malignancies, of which renal cell carcinomas represent 80 % of cases. Therapy is mainly surgical, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are not effective. Recently, biological therapy can also be used for specific patients.
