Tato diplomová práce na téma "Nepovolená stavba v judikatuře správních soudů" pojednává o problematice "černých staveb", tedy staveb nepovolených dle stavebního zákona. Hlavní náplní práce je práce s judikaturou správních soudů, tedy soudů krajských a Nejvyššího správního soudu. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny základní pojmy, se kterými je nejčastěji pracováno.
