Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat podnikatelský plán a potenciál projektu Prague Food Tours, najít a popsat příčiny neúspěchu tohoto projektu a vytvořit seznam doporučení pro případnou realizaci podobného projektu. Autorka díky účasti na realizaci tohoto projektu analyzuje příčiny jeho neúspěchu a vytváří seznam doporučení pro případnou realizaci podobného projektu. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, teoretickou, analytickou a návrhovou. V první části je definován gastroturismus, průvodcovská činnost a odlišnosti kultur. Ve druhé části je projekt detailně popsán a je zde také představeno české pohostinství. Třetí část se věnuje nedostatkům projektu a návrhům na zlepšení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe a business plan and a potential of the Prague Food Tours project, to find causes of failure of this project and to create a list of recommendation for possible realization of a similar project. The author profits from her experience of her participation on the realization of this project. The thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal. In the first part, there are gastrotourism, tour guiding and differences between cultures defined. In the second part there is the project described in detail and also a Czech hospitality is presented. The third part dedicates to deficiency of the project and proposals for improvement.
