Abstract:

Práce je členěna do dvou základních částí. První část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a zhodnocení teoretických východisek. Dále následuje část druhá, která je věnována praktickému zhodnocení a porovnání problematiky se dvěma konkrétními respondenty. Díky zjištěným poznatkům bylo možné určit, proč se daný subjekt rozhodnul pro podnikatelskou činnost, tedy co bylo jeho motivem také z hlediska analýzy příjmů a výdajů. Rešerše literatury a konkrétní případová studie zodpověděla otázku, jak aktuální sociální a ekonomická situace v České republice ovlivňuje rozhodování o mezi statusem zaměstnance a podnikáním.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided to two basic parts. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts and the evaluation of the theoretical background. The second part is devoted to the practical evaluation and comparison of the issues with two specific respondents. Thanks to the findings, it was possible to determine why the entity decided to do business which was also the reason for its analysis of revenues and expenditures. The literature search and the specific case study had answered the question of how the current social and economic situation in the Czech Republic influences the decision-making between employee status and business.
